Bracket quantity:
Size 3ft - 5ft = 2pcs brackets
Size 6ft - 6.5ft = 3pcs brackets
Size 7ft - 10ft = 4pcs brackets
Size 12 - 13ft = 6pcs brackets
GENTLE REMINDER:
- Due to courier limitation, size 7ft and above will be separated into 2pcs of tracks, and will be given connector to join 2pcs into one large piece. Which is:
7ft = 3.5ft x 2pcs
8ft = 4ft x 2pcs
9ft = 4.5ft x 2pcs
10ft = 5ft x 2pcs
12ft = 6ft x 2pcs
13ft = 6.5ft x 2pcs
- Connector is guaranteed strong & durable, without affecting rollers' movement while sliding along the track.

Collect In-Store
Order is available for collection in few working days. You will receive a Whatsapp notification once your order is ready for collection.

Exchanges (must be within 7 days of purchase)
2-way Delivery Exchanges
Pack your parcel in original condition before handed over to the courier. KKBS CURTAIN will ship out a new parcel to you once the returned parcel is received & inspected. Any amount difference shall be made payable to KKBS CURTAIN before we can arrange for shipment.
In-Store Exchanges
Bring your purchase to a KKBS CURTAIN store to exchange in person. Contact a Customer Service Representative to initiate your exchange.
Charges
Please take note that all return & exchange items will be charged 8% restocking fee from the total amount paid after vouchers (if any). This restocking fee is chargeable to cover the cost of labour involved in processing, sorting, and preparing those return goods to be resold.
