IMPORTANT:
- Due to courier service limitation on parcel length, curtain rod with length 8ft, 9ft, 10ft, 12ft & 14ft will separate into 2 smaller rods. That is:
8ft = 4ft x 2pcs
9ft = 4.5ft x 2pcs
10ft = 5ft x 2pcs
12ft = 6ft x 2pcs
13ft = 6.5ft x 2pcs
- We will provide free connector/joiner for the above stated sizes
- Connector is guarantee thick, strong, and able to perfectly fits in the curtain rods
*Make sure you choose the correct sizes in order to get free connector e.g. if you need 8ft curtain rod, do not choose 4ft in the variation then purchase 2 quantity. In this case, we will ship to you 2 sets of the smaller sizes without connector.
Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual color of the item might be slightly different from the color showed on the pictures.
Please allow 1cm to 2cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
Delivery & Returns
Instant Delivery
Parcel is delivered right to your doorstep in few hours via on-demand delivery service e.g. lalamove. Contact Customer Service for more details.
Standard Delivery
Estimated 1-2 working days for ready made curtains. About 7 working days for custom made curtains. Receive your order in a standard, secure packaging handed over to you by courier services.
Collect In-Store
Order is available for collection in few working days. You will receive a Whatsapp notification once your order is ready for collection.

Exchanges (must be within 7 days of purchase)
2-way Delivery Exchanges
Pack your parcel in original condition before handed over to the courier. KKBS CURTAIN will ship out a new parcel to you once the returned parcel is received & inspected. Any amount difference shall be made payable to KKBS CURTAIN before we can arrange for shipment.
In-Store Exchanges
Bring your purchase to a KKBS CURTAIN store to exchange in person. Contact a Customer Service Representative to initiate your exchange.
Charges
Please take note that all return & exchange items will be charged 10% restocking fee from the total amount paid after vouchers (if any). This restocking fee is chargeable to cover the cost of labour involved in processing, sorting, and preparing those return goods to be resold.

Charges
