Delivery Options
Exchanges (must be within 7 days of purchase)
2-way Delivery Exchanges
Pack your parcel in original condition before handed over to the courier. KKBS CURTAIN will ship out a new parcel to you once the returned parcel is received & inspected. Any amount difference shall be made payable to KKBS CURTAIN before we can arrange for shipment.
In-Store Exchanges
Bring your purchase to a KKBS CURTAIN store to exchange in person. Contact a Customer Service Representative to initiate your exchange.
Charges
Please take note that all return & exchange items will be charged 10% restocking fee from the total amount paid after vouchers (if any). This restocking fee is chargeable to cover the cost of labour involved in processing, sorting, and preparing those return goods to be resold.
