Crafted with premium 3-layer fabric featuring blackout yarn, these curtains provide 60–80% light blockage, enhanced privacy, and excellent heat reduction. Designed to combine functionality with timeless elegance, each curtain is made to your exact measurements and available in carefully selected designer colors to complement any interior.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE*
Colours may vary from batch to batch due to few reasons such as machines' reel speed changes, machines' running time, fluctuation in drying temperature and so on. These factors are technical issues from the fabric factory which are unavoidable but only reducible to minimal.
1. PRICE:
The price includes 1 set of curtain. For size T1 Panel, 1 set consist of 1 piece only, other sizes are 2 pcs per set.
* Tiebacks are not included in the price.

2) Tingkap 2 Panel / 2 Panel Window:
Purchase 1 set (T.2Panel - W140x2pcs)
-> Lebar kain = 140cm x 2 keping
3) Tingkap 3 Panel / 3 Panel Window:
Purchase 1 set (T.3Panel - W210x2pcs)
-> Lebar kain = (140+70)cm x 2 keping
4) 4 Panel Window / Sliding Door
Purchase 1 set (Sliding D - W280x2pcs)
-> Lebar kain = (140+140)cm x 2 keping
***Curtain for size (T.3Panel - W210x2pcs) & (Sliding D -W280x2pcs) will be joined to get 210cm & 280cm width per piece respectively.
***Size T1 Panel only 1 piece per set, so can't mix colour, other sizes can mix colour without extra charge, except for size (T.2Panel - W140x2pcs, this size have to add RM 10/set to mix colour).
Gentle Reminder:
1. Please allow 1-5cm deviation due to manual measurement and sewing.
2. The colour of the actual items may slightly vary from the images due to lighting effect during product photography as well as screen difference.
3. No return / refund is allowed for custom made curtain.
Delivery & Returns
Instant Delivery
Parcel is delivered right to your doorstep in a few hours via on-demand delivery service, e.g. Lalamove. Contact Customer Service for more details.
Standard Delivery
Estimated 1-2 working days for ready-made curtains. About 7 working days for custom-made curtains. Receive your order in standard, secure packaging handed over to you by courier services.
Collect In-Store
Order is available for collection in a few working days. You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order is ready for collection.

Exchanges (must be done within 7 days of purchase)
2-way Delivery Exchanges
Pack your parcel in original condition before handing it over to the courier. KKBS CURTAIN will ship out a new parcel to you once the returned parcel is received and inspected. Any amount difference shall be made payable to KKBS CURTAIN before we can arrange for shipment.
In-Store Exchanges
Bring your purchase to a KKBS CURTAIN store to exchange in person. Contact a Customer Service Representative to initiate your exchange.
Charges
Please take note that all return and exchange items will be charged a 15% restocking fee from the total amount paid after vouchers, if any. This restocking fee is chargeable to cover the cost of labour involved in processing, sorting, and preparing those return goods to be resold.

Charges

Additional 20% marketplace charges are chargeable for orders made through online marketplaces, e.g. Shopee, TikTok, Lazada and so on.
