Exchange and Return orders
KKBS CURTAIN products purchased online or by phone can be exchanged within 7 days upon receiving the product.
All customised curtains (including altered size curtains) are final sale and not exchangeable.
Please include the product in its original packaging, instructional leaflet, warranty and product certificates if available, along with the original invoice or gift receipt.
How do I exchange or return my order?
Contact Customer Services
1. Your Customer Services Advisor will arrange for pickup of the item(s) for shipment back to us. This service is on your own cost.
2. You will receive an email or call from the courier service provider confirming your exchange/return request as well as all the pickup details. Your cancellation will be effective from the date you call us.
3. Put your item(s) in the original KKBS CURTAIN packaging along with the original receipt into a parcel and seal accordingly.
4. Hand parcel over to the courier.
In-store
Online purchases can be exchanged/returned in all stores*
Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Check Department, we will proceed with the exchange.
KKBS CURTAIN will do its best to process your exchange as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, you may get the exchanged items on the spot.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order (Please note that there is no fully refund)
